1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services provided by Ride Vibe Services, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide appointment-based rideshare and transportation services in select Ohio counties. All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
3. Booking & Cancellations
  • Reservations must be made in advance through our booking system, contact form or text/phone call.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Passenger Conduct
  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is permitted inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
  • Unruly, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited, with the exception of personal protection mace and members of Law Enforcement/Military.
5. Cleaning & Damage Fees
A $200 cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle interior is damaged or soiled due to passenger actions, including but not limited to:
  • Bodily fluids
  • Food or drink spills
  • Burns, rips, or tears to upholstery
  • Pet defecation
Passengers are responsible for any additional repair costs due to negligent or intentional damage.
6. Payments
  • All fares are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit card, Venmo and Cash App. We also accept web payments on the website from Paypal.
  • Prices may vary based on distance, time, and special circumstances. Final quotes will be confirmed before service.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays, missed flights, or missed events caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the ride booked.
8. Data & Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
