Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing our rideshare service. To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful experience for all passengers and drivers, please review and adhere to the following policies: 1. Booking & Scheduling Rides should be booked in advance whenever possible to guarantee availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel your ride, 24 hours’ notice is appreciated. This allows us to better serve all our customers. 2. Cancellation Policy We do not charge a fee for canceling. However, repeated cancelations without a notice may result in denial of services. 3. Cleanliness & Conduct Policy To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all riders and drivers: Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any mess resulting from body fluids (e.g., vomiting, urine, blood, etc.) will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee to cover professional cleaning and biohazard disposal costs. 4. Driver Rights & Safety Our drivers reserve the right to discontinue or terminate a ride at any time if: They feel unsafe for any reason. The rider violates company policies, including but not limited to smoking, vaping, intoxication, aggressive behavior, or other forms of misconduct. 5. Respect for All Parties We strive to create a respectful and safe rideshare experience. Abusive language, harassment, or violence toward drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from using our service.
